Waist
Measure around natural waistline. Wearer should
be relaxed not holding breath.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of hip, around 9"
down from waist

Hold tape snug around neck
Chest
Measure over clothing to be worn. Measure around
fullest part of chest, under arms and and around shoulder blades
